Where is the wedding venue located?

The wedding will be held at a private Airbnb estate, located at 8798 Cassity Trail, Williams, AZ 86046.

Directions: Right off of Rt. 64 you turn onto Hoctor Rd. Continue on until you come to Cassity Trail on your left. You will see a group of approximately 5 mail boxes. That's the left you want to take on a dirt road, speed limit is 15 miles per hour. Go straight to the end and you will come to two stone pillars. Continue to follow the dirt road with red gravel and you have arrived when you see the house. Parking will be in the rear, please carpool if possible, as parking is limited.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

The wedding will be held outdoors at a beautiful 10-acre Airbnb property. The weather in Williams, AZ is typically gorgeous this time of year, with sunny skies, daytime highs in the mid to high 70s, and cool evenings around the 50s. Sunset is around 7:30 PM, so we recommend bringing a light jacket.

What is the dress code?

Our dress code is business casual to business professional. There's no need for a full tux — we want you to be comfortable but polished!

For men, dark jeans with a button-up shirt or polo are perfect. Blazers, suits, and ties are optional.
For women, dresses, sundresses, jumpsuits, or nice blouses with dresser pants are all great options and we kindly ask you to avoid wearing white.
Because the ceremony will be outdoors on uneven ground, we recommend comfortable shoes but not athletic shoes/sneakers please — flats, wedges, or block heels are ideal (no stilettos!).

What time should I arrive?

Please plan to arrive by 2:45-2:50 pm, about 10-15 minutes before the ceremony starts to allow time for parking and getting settled.

Can we take photos at the wedding?

We will be having an unplugged ceremony, so we ask that phones and cameras be put away during that time. Please feel free to take photos during the cocktail hour and reception!

Will there be parking available?

Yes, there is on-site parking available. Please carpool if possible, as parking is limited.

What should I expect for the drive to the venue?

The venue is about a 15–20 minute drive from downtown Williams. After the various main roads, you’ll take a dirt road for the final 1–2 minutes. We will have someone to assist with the limited parking.

Are kids welcome?

We are having an adults-only wedding. We love all the kiddos, but we kindly ask you to arrange for a babysitter for the night.
